Due to large demand Fusion has worked hard to make very bright versions of Leanne’s Palettes without using UV reactive neon paint. So Leanne’s PRETTY BUTTERFLY Non-Neon One-Stroke Palette contains newly designed one-strokes using new, bright colours. The six 1-strokes in Leanne’s Pretty Butterfly One-Stroke Palette were designed by Australian artist Leanne Courtney to work very well together so they look great combined into the same design.
