Planet MGB-2GLA20 Compatible 2.5Gbps BIDI SFP OC-48 IR-1 TX1310nm/RX1490nm 20km SMF Simplex LC DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Planet MGB-2GLA20 compatible optical transceiver is a single fiber bidirection 2.5Gbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP BIDI module for use in OC48/STM-16 SONET/SDH network. SFP OC48-BR20U-3149 provides 2.48Gb/s throughput up to 20km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using 1310nm in transmitter side and 1490nm in receiver side. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), SONET OC-48 IR-1 and SERDES standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Simplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable DFB transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 2.48832Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface.
