Lipotech’s Gunter Septal Double-Ended Elevator features 4.5mm and 6.0mm sharp blades and an overall length of 7 ½” (19cm). It is used in nasal surgeries to elevate the nasal periosteum and perichondrium. The sharp tips facilitate the precise dissection and manipulation of soft tissues around the nasal cavity.
