Lipotech’s Cottle Septum Elevator – Double Ended features an overall length of 8 ½” (21cm). It helps to elevate and manipulate the septal cartilage or bone to correct deviations in nasal septum surgeries such as septoplasty. It features a 4mm x 4mm sharp round end and a 3mm spatula end. The sharp end is used for making an incision while the spatula end is used to lift delicate soft structures.
