With the Smartflex flower modelling paste you can create beautiful sugar flowers and decorations. The paste is white, but is easy to colour with a food colouring. The paste is easy to handle and can be rolled out very thinly to create realistic sugar flowers. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch (potato starch), thicker (xanthan gum), flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).
